We will take up some easy yet effective yin postures in this session - Let's Release unwanted Emotions & Stress to feel Relieved. No props required. We will hold each posture for 1-2 minutes. It will be a GROUNDING Flow. It includes meditation and easy postures suitable for all levels.
A complete FOLLOW ALONG session to help us make yin yoga part of our lives.
