They’re just as delicious as the florets if you prepare them properly. Just cut away some of the tough exterior.
My favorite spice mix:
- garlic powder
- crushed red pepper flakes
- nutritional yeast
- basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Roast at 350 for 30 minutes.
