The soundproof garden room is finished at last! This is a soundproof(ish) studio for voiceovers and general filming work. Not just for YouTube btw. Remember THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS SOUNDPROOF! Unless you live in a vacuum. This is as good as I can get it within the limitations of practicality and permitted development.
