This is part 1 of my preparation for travel. Planning is an essential part of my home especially when I'm going away for work.
I make sure that my husband does not have a lot to do when I'm away. He is the mother and father so there are many things for him to do when I am not here and thinking about what to eat should not be one of them. I prepare all the food that store well in the freezer and stock up. When everything is set on the home front, I will be at peace wherever I am. :)
