Flores is an island that has only few flat spots in all directions from edge to edge; all the mountains are covered with green and is hard to find a place, among its intricate geography, without at least one volcano peeking through the clouds. It's a really fascinating scenario, I know, and I am so damn blessed born on this land with its striking natural look.
To say that I am really enthusiastic about outdoor stuffs is probably a hoax if the mountains are not in my list of favorite places to go. Yeah, I am deeply in love with it. Looking at the high mountains or find a vast panorama of the peaks gives a marvelous feeling. It is very reassuring, and at the same time also amazing. I made a couple of videos- I mean photos slideshows- about Flores mountains, particularly the active volcanoes. Well, Flores sits on the Pacific "Ring of Fire" and this 14,300 km² island has more than 10 active volcanoes!
In this photo-video, I picked Mount EBULOBO (in Nagekeo Regency, 2137 meters above sea level) and Mount INERIE (In Ngada Regency, 2245 meters above sea level). Captured in deferent time and perspectives, these photos are 100% my own photographs and I have copyright. LOL.
Any comments or ideas, please feel free to write.
Hope you enjoy.
