Easy Step-by-step guide.
Ingredients:
a. 2 Cucumber
b. 1 Onion
c. 2-3 Garlic cloves
d. Coriander Leaves
e. 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
f. Black salt as per taste
g. ½ teaspoon sesame seed
h. Half a bowl of hung curd (water removed from curd)
i. 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Recipe:
a. Slice the cucumber in round shape (or any shape that you like)
b. Slice the onion
c. Mix the cucumber and onion in one bowl
d. Grate garlic cloves into the bowl. (even finely chopped garlic will also work)
e. Add finely chopped coriander leaves.
f. Add a teaspoon of chili flakes
g. Add black salt as per taste (if not available even normal salt will also work)
h. Add half a bowl of hung curd.
i. Slightly heat the olive oil and add that to the mix
j. Add sesame seed and mix well and can be served.
