This tutorial is about fixing windows 10 or 11 "This setting is managed by your administrator" which makes you unable to enable some security features like tamper protection.
You should do both for better results. You can do it through group policy settings too!

I honestly don't recommend this as a permanent fix though. I have been receiving comments in this video about it, doesn't work with all cases.
Another method:
• In registry editor: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity
• Double click on the "Enabled" key and set it to 0. Then restart your device.
