Chilean President Michelle Bachelet met with Carmen Gloria Quintana, who was doused in gasoline and set on fire by military commanders and soldiers during the Agosto Pinochet dictatorship. Now, 29 years later, she is calling for justice. Military officials say she set herself on fire, but a witness has come forward to support her accusations. Quintana has undergone 40 operations and many years of medical treatment.
