Therefore, it has to be done in the nearest neighborhood country, Singapore.
Cabotage Cruise is a principle that exists in Maritime Law, where the coastal country reserves the right to forbid foreign boats to sail and trade along the coasts in that country’s territorial waters.
This maritime law is a policy effort conducted by the government of a country to improve the domestic industry skill and it does not only happen in Indonesia.
On October 7, 2015 Minister of Tourism, Arief Yahya, announced new regulations concerning the Cabotage Cruise.
Giving permission to the luxury cruise ships to pick up or drop off the passengers in Indonesia.
