Stephen Edwards, Padthaway hay, seed and lamb farmer, speaks about his experiences with water allocation planning. He talks about pressure he felt as a flood irrigator to protect his interests and how trust between different interest groups in the community was built to come up with a plan to best serve industry and government requirements. Stephen was a community member of the Padthaway Groundwater Advisory Committee and is not an employee of the Board.
