This "Grass Dragon" Meditation was shared by Master Yang Fukui. It comes from his family tradition. There are three Dragons (Grass, Wind, and Cloud) in this teaching and Grass is the earthiest of them. The key is to "wag the tail." This amplifies the Qi in the Ren and Du channels. The physical movements are helpful for spinal health.
