Celina is a small town, so if you’re looking for that type of living, you’ll definitely find it here. There are some great opportunities with new construction, and it’s close to a lot of larger cities, so although it’s a bit smaller than a typical Texas town, there’s a lot to love. You’ll love the love for football and the small shops and restaurants that you’ll find here, and you’ll also really love the brand new homes and great lot sizes around town. House values are also on the rise here, so buying in Celina Texas means making a great investment.
That being said, there is a LOT of development going on in this town, so if you’re not a fan of a little construction noise and all the other things that come along with new construction, this may not be a good fit for you. It’s also quite far away from Dallas – about 45 minutes – so if you need to work downtown, Celina might be a stretch.
