How to make:
1. Blanch rice cakes and sausages until softened
2. Add to skewer, alternating sausage and rice cake
3. Pan fry on an oiled skillet on both sides until surface is slightly crispy
4. Heat up all-purpose sauce (equal parts gochujang, gochugaru, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar)
5. Turn off the heat as soon as it boils and brush it over skewer
6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy
