I do not know why Sony did not want to share these 5 things with us at launch (6 actually). I thought the Xperia launch event was pretty good... Lot's there to get excited about, not least the surprise appearance of the 5 III.
For some reason though, Sony chose to avoid confirming (before the launch event and even after the launch event whether or not there would be expandable storage, a (re-mappable) Google Assistant button. Also we didn't learn whether it was possible or not to watch 4K content AND keep the refresh rate at 120Hz....We didn't hear anything about the front facing camera.... And of course the actual release dates and pricing information is still secret too. Why? In this video we look into this. I have to say to have this many questions, even after the launch event, was a strange one!
