The conflict of more than six years in the oil-rich nation, Libya, became a proxy war fuelled by foreign powers like Russia, France and the UAE. In November 2020, the US House of Representatives passed the Libya Stabilization Act, which aims at ensuring stability and impose sanctions on foreign parties, who support mercenaries or violate the ceasefire in Libya.
#UAE has been actively involved in Libya war for obvious reasons like oil, and for this reason they have been violating UN arms embargo by supplying weapons to the forces of Khalifa Haftar!
Further addition of modern warfare like F-35s will only worsen the situation in #Libya for which the US House of representatives have passed #LibyaStabilizationAct in a hope that the life in Libya will return to normal.
