Durga Suktam is a highly revered and popular Vedic hymn of seven slokas followed by the Durga Gayatri Mantra. It appears in the Maha Narayana Upanishad. Four of the seven shlokas seem to address Vedic god Agni and are found in Rigveda as well.

Many of the lyrics in the Durga Suktam address Agni, the sacrificial fire. Agni is also an indirect reference to Durga.
Goddess Durga is associated with Agni, and there is also a form of Durga called Agni Durga.
