Learning to pack light, capture your scene quickly and expressively, and planning how you'll approach the sketch is all part of the fun. But you can't beat the natural beauty and pure fun and joy of being outside in nature.
This tutorial takes you to my home town - St Neots, Cambridgeshire - where we tackle a cute row of houses next to the river. And I'll show you the challenges I'm facing today, but also how I overcome them to produce an urban sketch in bright and fun watercolours that I'm really proud of!
