Of course, the essential beauty and power of the Technique resides in direct communication via the hands of a highly skilled Alexander Teacher. But during this challenging time, when we can not reach a teacher in person, we may need a space to quieten our nervous systems, and recover a sense of balance and harmony.
In his Alexander sessions, Anthony can help you retune yourselves, experience an uplifting of the body and mind, and deal much more effectively with the demands and stress of daily life.
