I have been a BIG fan of Costco churros from way back when Costco was Price Club. But the texture greatly disappointed me when Costco brought back the new version in 2021. It is now dry and doughy instead of a super crunchy shell with a soft pillowy center. With only a handful of ingredients, I'm going to show you how to make these crunchy and light churros at home. I am still a HUGE fan of Costco though :) Do you prefer the old or new version of the Costco Churro???
