Wes Campbell taught quantum computing to an audience of chemists and learned some things himself. IPAM at UCLA hosts conferences to put math and science researchers in the same room for a week. In this workshop, chemists learned how quantum computing can accelerate their material research. At the same time, quantum information experts learned how molecular spin qubits can influence computer design.
