Babies with Right Torticollis Have a Tendency to Bend their Head Toward Their Right Shoulder (Right Ear to Right Shoulder) and Look Over Their Left Shoulder. To Correct That, We Use Physical Therapy to Teach Them To Do the Opposite: Bend to the Left and Look Over Their Right Shoulder.

So the first stretch i'm going to show you is to help promote right rotation. So if your baby can go on their belly over your arm you can kind of prop your hand on their head or their cheeks and then you can kind of get them to turn towards the right and then of course you can always have a caregiver help entertain them or have a favorite toy in their hands but this is a nice way to promote some
right rotation you can fly back and forth and move around to kind of keep them busy and happy.
