I share my 3 day egg fast, as well as talk through TONS of other Egg Fast Recipes and Ideas! Egg Fast can be a great way to break a stall, or get your weight loss moving again- super easy, yummy and fun way to get back to basics in a healthy way!

RECIPES
Egg Loaf

8 eggs
1 pkg Cream Cheese ( ⅓ less fat cream cheese has less carbs)
1 stick butter
Sweetener to taste ( I used skinny syrup)
Cinnamon or other flavorings to taste
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Baking Powder (optional)
Blend well in a blender and then pour into a greased 9x13 or muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min ( baking time really depends on how much you make, muffins take less of course!


Egg Salad
6 eggs
4 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Seasoning of choice
I did salt, pepper, and about 2 tsp Dried Dill
Make hard boiled egg. Peel and dice finely. Combine all ingredient. Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours, best overnight.


Egg Loaf Waffle
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 oz cream cheese
Sweeteners to taste
Splash of vanilla ( or any extract)
Blend in blender, pour into waffle maker- that is it!


Fast Cream Cheese Icing
1 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
Sweetener of choice
Combine all well- that is it ( works best if they are softened!)


Chaffle
1 egg
1/2 cup cheese
any seasoning of choice


Cheese "Pizza" Eggs
¼ cup parmesan
¾ cup mozzerella
1 egg
Seasoning of choice
Combine all well, Spread as thinly as possible on parchment lined paper. Bake at 380 for 8-10 min.
(this makes GREAT noodles for a lasagna, or any casserole that uses noodles
