Healthy, instant & creamy carrot badam kheer for kids preparation method:- Wash & soak badam [Almond] in warm or hot water for 1 hour then peel off the skin. Peel off, wash then chop carrot. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, add carrot, almond saute for 2 min. Then put it in a mixie jar, finely grind with 1/2 cup milk. Heat pan, pour carrot almond mixture, sugar, milk, cardamom powder mix well. Add roasted cashews & pistachios, cut off heat, serve hot or cold.
