Due to the rising cost of living and social injustice, more people are turning to food banks than ever, and one in five people referred to a food bank in the Trussell Trust network are in working households.

We want to help minimise any apprehension or misconceptions people may have about visiting a food bank.

This video, produced by our Financial Wellbeing and Income team, shows our customers and colleagues an insight into what to expect. Our neighbourhood coaches and customer services team are on hand to issue food bank vouchers to customers where needed.
