1. CHANGE FRAME RATE
-Go to your game directory
-Open Settings
-Change Display And Recap Frame Rate to 30FPS
2.CHANGE PRIORITY And Affinity
-Open PES2020
-Go to task manager and right click on pes2020.exe
-go to details and change priority to realtime.
