Making jellied cranberry sauce whether from fresh or frozen berries is a lot easier than you may have thought! Berries, water or juice, and sugar. That's it! Don't save it just for the holidays (although your celebration guests will be impressed with this sauce) it goes great with any poultry and pork, too! It makes an everyday dinner special!
Here are the measurements I used:
3 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water, juice (cranberry or orange) or a combination of 2
If you can the sauce remember to use wide mouth jars and leave 1/2" head space. Pints and half pints process in a water bath canner for only 5 minutes!
