The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers is the newest restaurant at Walt Disney World's Boardwalk Resort. Meant to embody a whimsical atmosphere and upscale feel, the interior is decorated with an array of crystal chandeliers, light colors and marble floors. The original Cake Bake Shop locations in Indianapolis boost of being booked out two months in advance.

We attended the grand opening of Disney's The Cake Bake Shop to see if dinner and dessert is worth the steep menu prices. Are opinions were mixed. We felt the desserts and bread seemed to be the star of the meal. However, we didn't feel the entrees we chose met our high expectations. This made us wonder if breakfast could be better? Considering most American Breakfast offerings rely on pastries we wanted to see if the offerings before 11am EST are possibly better.
