In this video, I'll show you how to diagnose a Samsung Front Load Washer that's off balance and needs replacement shocks. This is a common problem that can be easily fixed by replacing all 4 shocks, with some tips on how to save several hundred dollars doing the work yourself! Samsung has two part numbers listed for this repair. A front shock and a rear shock. I did not use these and did not order mine from Samsung, but here is the info from Samsung directly.

After inspecting and looking at diagrams, measurements and reviews of these parts, I determined I should be able to use the back shocks on the front side as well. I also found the back shocks at a much better price from PartsDr.Com

This solution worked for me, and my washer has now run over 14 loads perfectly without issue.
