Urad Dal Stuffed Puri, also known as Kachori or Bedmi is a very delicious Indian bread recipe. Bedmi or Kachori is prepared by stuffing a spicy mixture of urad dal in the wheat flour dough and frying into a crispy puffed flat-bread. These kachori or bedmi goes well with any curry based dish like aloo subji (potato curry) or pumpkin as well as with raita. You can make it for any special occasion.
