Please be aware that you may run into CRA (Clinical Research Associate) positions at the site level as well as the CRO/Sponsor level.
Now, although the title may be the same, there are some typical differences between the 2, so site level CRA roles are not the same exact thing as regional CRA roles at the CRO/Sponsor level.
Although they are not the same, the site level roles certainly give you very valuable, valid industry experience and will help you land your first regional CRA role.
So if you have an opportunity to get an offer for one of these CRA roles, you definitely want to take it.
