[KETO] Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs
I just want to warn you that these are amazing. They are the closest thing I've had to a strawberry Cornetto. I'm warning you because I literally ate about 6 in one sitting without thinking and although they're not massively detrimental to your macros, it all adds up!
They are soft and just the right sweetness. Seriously, you gotta try these!
| The Recipe |
INGREDIENTS:
- 60g (2oz) Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 150g (5.3oz) Cream Cheese, soft
- 60g (2oz) Butter, soft
- 1 tbsp Sweetener (I used Erythritol)
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract or Sugar Free Syrup (I used Vanilla by Jordan's)
METHOD:
1. With a fork, squash the strawberries until they are chunky/smooth/pureed (this depends on your preference).
2. Place the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
3. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract, Mix well.
4. Add the strawberries and mix until well combined.
5. Pour or spoon into your chosen moulds and place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until set (they will be slightly soft)
6. When done, unmold the fat bombs and place into a container, enjoy! - Keep these fat bombs in the freezer when you're not consuming them.
