Today I’m gonna share this, How to make Japanese miso soup.
This is the world easiest miso soup!
《Cooking time》approximately 2mins.
《for 1, You will need》 1 tsp=5ml, 1 tbsp=15ml
1tsp spring onion
1/2tsp seaweed
1/2tsp katsuo dashi(Japanese powder stock)
1tbs miso
160ml hot water
《Menthod》
1. slice spring onion
2. place spring onion, katsuo dashi, seaweed and miso in bowl
3. pour boiling water and stir
《cooking tip》
Eat miso soup with rice.
It’s the best simplest Japanese breakfast!
You can add any vegetables into miso soup.
For example, onion, potatoes, spinach carrots.
If you add vegetables, you have to cook miso soup with stove.
Just add hot water, you don’t need even microwave!!
Miso is fermentation food, it’s so good for your digestion.
