When working with Morph Elements in Archicad, you can fillet/chamfer edges, either the clicked edge or all edges.
Depending on sub-element selection (Shift + Control), you can apply the fillet to only those selected edges.
As a bonus tip, to have a smoother transition between a fillet and flat surfaces, select edges to hide.
