Hey everyone,
this is a quick clip showing what message appears on the dash of a 4th gen Ram 1500 (2009-2018) when you remove the factory air ride. This message can be removed by updating the BCM with a sales code SE8 which delete's the air ride from the trucks computer. This warning appears and the vanishes within seconds. Hope this helps
My truck was a 2016 Ram Limited 4x4 EcoDiesel 3.0L with factory air suspension. After constant issues with the cold weather I decided to remove the system completely and install Bilstein 5100 series shocks with OEM Springs.
