Two people originally recovered by rescuers in East China Sea after their boat capsized have been confirmed dead. Their vessel had collided early Saturday morning with a foreign cargo ship. Another 17 people aboard remain unaccounted for, but Chinese maritime rescuers are still carrying search and rescue operations. The foreign freighter, named "CATALINA" from Malta, is suspected to have escaped.
