British Car Auctions have suspended my account, because I complained that a bug on their Mobile app meant,that a car I had proxy bid on wasn't showing on my upcoming or track list, so therefore I couldn't adjust down the proxy thinking it must've deleted it or something as it wasn't showing. next thing I know there's an invoice from BCA requiring payment. no one at BCA has contacted me to see about this bug, in was told customer service would call to discuss....instead all I had was a chaser for payment from credit control team. then I see my account is suspended. I expected better from.bca especially as I'm actually helping them to spot a system anomaly. I've always paid on time so I'm surprised at their actions, I suppose they've become such a dominant player in the Market that they don't need to worry about customer service or treating people fairly
