Shorshe diye parshe macher jhal is a authentic bengali recipe. I have shown this recipe for newly weds and beginners. It goes well with plain white rice.
Ingredients:
Parshe fish 6 ( marinated with salt and turmeric powder )
Potato 2 to 3 medium sized ( cut into thick wedges & per boiled )
Tomato 1 medium sized
Mustard paste 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 6 to 7 or as per your taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 5 to 6 tbsp
