We got the acceleration boost for our Tesla Model Y and we tested it out to see how much faster it actually is and how much faster it feels! We did 3 0-60mph runs before the acceleration boost and 3 0-60mph runs after getting the acceleration boost to compare.
We tested the Model Y under not ideal conditions, and maybe that’s why we never got to the acclaimed 4.2s - but we were close! It definitely feels faster.
In our opinion, it’s definitely worth it, whether you redeem the credits or pay the $2,000 for it.
