Its Mango season! and this is one of those yearly delicacies the requires no introduction, but it is also time for those lovely mango pickles that can be made to savour the taste of sour mangoes. So, we have marinated some finely chopped mangoes in salt for three days. Then we have made some tasty pickle from it. Do check out our recipe and let us know your thoughts by way of your comments. Ingredients
350 grams of mangos
1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon of mustard
Half teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of jeera powder
2 teaspoons of ordinary chilly powder
2 teaspoons of Kashmiri chilly powder
Half teaspoon of hing
3 teaspoons of salt
4 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of vinegar
