The event happened in Port Victoria, Seychelles. The ship in the video was berthed in front of my ship. When the wind speed increased, it's obvious they had the lines on autotension which led to the lines being slacked automatically when the tension was exceeded. The next mistake they make is from the navigation bridge: the bowthruster is being run against the pier which led to the disaster and after the lines broke they grounded, together with the tug which came to help.
