The department of Social Development is distributing food packs and hygiene products to the most vulnerable. The Acting MEC in Gauteng, Panyaza Lesufi, spoke to the SABC at the distribution warehouse in Booysens, south of Johannesburg. SABC News journalist Nozintombi Miya was there.
