Drago Mariposario Butterfly Park. It is located in Icod de los Vinos, one of the most important tourist destination on the island of Tenerife. It is beside the Drago Milenario Dragon Tree and Gardens. It is home to more than 800 exotic butterflies fly around freely in direct contact with the visitors. It is small but cozy. A little tropical paradise for these little creatures. The garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers around. Recommendation: Better to come in the morning as the butterflies are more interesting and more active and ticket is valid for the whole day, that means you can ho out and come back many times as you can in a day. Personal review: a bit pricy but yet it's beautiful to see it cost €9.50 for an adult and €6.50 for a child (2 to 12 years old) For Residents and Retirees: €7.50 Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Easter (April 3rd to 9th) every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m
