I hope you enjoy these videos of me working on and playing with or driving my Triumph Spitfire . This was originally bought by me in 2017 after a wait of twenty years - my mum had one one when I was small and I always loved it but I was stopped from owning one myself every time I mentioned it. When I bought it it was a 1973 Triumph Spitfire MKIV 1300 with twin exhausts and Solex ADDHE Carburettors. It was loud and it was fast! After the big ends went I had the engine replaced with all that was available to me at the time, a Triumph 1500 engine so it became by default a 1973 Triumph Spitfire 1500 for all intents and purposes, especially when I swapped out the Solex to fit twin HS4 SU Carburettors. I have repaired, renovated and restored various parts and have resprayed the entire car, polished it and waxed it in between blasting around the local area as a daily driver. I just love it and it brings me great joy.
