📝Tips📝
✅️Age-appropriate ingredients: Introduce one ingredient at a time to monitor for allergies and ensure your baby can tolerate them well.
✅️Texture: Adjust the texture of the Khichdi according to your baby's age and eating abilities. For younger babies, puree or mash the Khichdi to a smooth consistency.
✅️Variations: Feel free to experiment with different vegetables like peas, squash, or sweet potatoes to introduce a variety of flavors and nutrients.
✅️Spices: Keep the spices mild and suitable for your baby's palate. Turmeric and cumin add gentle flavor without overwhelming your baby's taste buds.
✅️Hygiene: Ensure all utensils, pots, and ingredients are clean and sanitized to maintain hygiene standards while preparing baby food.
