The most simple of life's activities, eating is the first place to begin to give control over to God and Glorify him better!
00:00 Today I'm going to share with you the most pivotal tool to your weight loss success, your health success, just your overall well-being.
Today we are going to learn about how to eat, and I'm going to give you a tool to use.
There's one word though that wraps it all together and is a word that can set us free with our weight. The word is satisfied.
It's that simple.
In John 15:11, it says, I have told you this, that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
Now, when you recognize that Jesus is your Savior, that is the foundation that can only come from him and this has nothing to do with how you eat or how you live your life.
But to experience the full joy, what God has to offer - there can be hindrances to this satisfied .
Because our mind can just be so foggy.
You know we have skin issues.
We've got no energy.
So how we eat actually is a way to become satisfied and to experience more joy in our relationship with the Lord and I just cannot impress on you too much the how true this really is. When I work with my clients, coaching and consulting, with their health and just their overall life, recognizing the word satisfied is the key to it all.
Let's look at the steps here.

On this journal, I want you to fill out the first page and on the first page I want you to record what you plan on eating for the next two days.

So be honest.
I can always tell when my clients are not being 100 percent honest because I look at the journal and like, wow, this is the way you eat. You should have no problems whatsoever. And then they say, well that's what I was planning on eating.
What I want you to do is write down two days.
This is one day, this is another day. What you plan on eating.
Then tomorrow comes. You're going to do this top part, you're going to put the date and then you're going to write what time you ate breakfast.
You're also going to record how hungry were you when you started that breakfast. Now the best days are when I wake up and my stomach is talking out loud before I even get out of bed.
02:56 That means I did amazing the day before and it is hungry and ready to go.
So that's what I want. I want to be hungry when I wake up.
That means my system has done everything it was supposed to at night and it has used up that extra energy. It is detoxing and I'm ready to start the day.
Okay? So that means my hunger is at, one is close to starving and 10 means you're so stuff.
This requires you lay down and just pray for sleep?
So how did you start the meal? How hungry were you and then how full were you when you finished the meal? How stuffed where you. If I was pleasantly satisfied, that would be a seven. If I was horribly stuffed in like couldn't even move, that would be a 10.
03:44 Now I know some of you, you're gonna say, I was at a seven. But then you cleaned up the dishes and emptied every dish and kept eating. I'm talking about whenever you decide to stop eating for that meal time, not when you pushed the plate away.
And many of you know what I'm talking about. So what time did you start eating? How hungry were you and how full were you when you stopped eating?
Now mind you, that should never be more than an hour. You should not be eating for longer than an hour. And if you're eating for an hour, we need to talk.
Okay? So do that for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. And then do it again.
The second day. Also on this page, you're going to record how much water you drink, hopefully what supplements you took, and always be on good supplements and then over here you can journal your thoughts.

Now, on the second page, it's identical to the last page only. We have a different verse at the top. This one is first Corinthians 10, 31, so whatever you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all for the glory of God and sometimes we breezed over that verse and we don't really let it marinate it within us.
