My name is Alex and these are my thoughts and opinions on book 1 of Wheel of Time, The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan. I hope you all enjoy this review for The Eye of the World! I did it, I finally started reading The Wheel of Time. After hearing so much about this series, I have finally taken my first steps on this beautiful journey. I came back to reading in 2020 and have decided to venture into the world of The Wheel of Time and this was a great start!

The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow.
