Valve just dropped one of the worst CS:GO patches in recent memory. They launched “Trusted Mode,” a weird anti-cheat system that’s causing a ton of problems for CS:GO’s player base.
We’re talking frame-rate drops, an impact on matchmaking and some people can’t even launch the game right now.
So we talked with a security expert to see if this thing is actually effective in stopping hackers or just a glorified PR move, and why there seems to be so many problems with it.
