Try adding some jam or marmalade into your favourite whisky cocktail recipe for a fruity pop of flavour!

Apricot Jam Cobbler:
45ml (1 1/2 oz) fruity blended whisky
20ml (2/3 oz) amontillado sherry (oloroso or PX would work too for a sweeter drink
2 heaped tablespoons apricot jam
2 grapefruit wedges
2 lemon wedges
