Chinese Radish Stir fry
This is my mom’s recipe, she often cooked this dish when there is another heavy flavor dish in the dinner menu. Because this is so light and flavorful. Only takes about 10 minutes to make, here is the recipe!
*You can find baby dried shrimp and Chinese radish in Chinese grocery store.
Step 1. Sliced and shredded the Chinese radish. Wash the dried shrimp. Minced 2 cloves if garlic.
Step 2. Sauté Baby shrimp for 1 minute, and garlic as well. Sauté shredded radish for another 2 minutes then add in half cup of water. Simmer for 3 minutes or until radish softened.
Step 3. Seasoning with a pinch of Hondashi ( Optional, but highly recommend!) / salt/ white pepper, mix well. Final add in chopped cilantro and sesame oil. Done!
