This film is a remake of the classic Twilight Zone episode, "The Changing of the Guard," an ALL-GIRLS version which I produced and directed as part of my duties at St. John's and Fordham Universities. It was produced, WITH PERMISSION, for strictly INSTRUCTIONAL PURPOSES and no money is being made. "The Changing of the Guard" is one of the most moving and emotional of all Twilight Zone episodes and has always been one of my personal favorites. It is about a teacher who has come to believe he has led a wasted life, and whose deceased students come back to rescue him. The actresses in this production are my real-life students, one of whom portrays an actual deceased student of mine. "The Changing of the Guard" contains some of the most moving and eloquent dialogue ever written by the great Rod Serling. Thanks to all my actors and contributors who made this production such a success.
